RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES: 

Hiking, canoeing, rafting, local state parks; there are various tourism sites in many of our Appalachian areas.

APPALACHIAN MISSION PROJECTS:

Groups traveling to locations in Appalachia are usually called upon to do general home repair, assist local churches with VBS, nursing home ministry, and Bible clubs at local parks or housing projects.

CURRENT NEEDS:
    • Outreach Center – Staff VBS by working in partnership with the leadership of the church.
    • Local Church- Conduct a sports camp, Conduct Backyard Bible Club in the neighborhood of the church.
    • Home Repair- Working with a local family in doing light construction.  Adopting this family for future ministry.
    • Door-to-door survey- assist local church in surveying a community.   Assist with starting a new congregation.
