In Summer
2006, over 1,400 YOM
volunteers came from 24 states to do missions in
Appalachia. A great variety of ministries were
accomplished.
-
A group provided a refurbished mobile home for a mother
and three children including furniture, dishes, and
clothes.
-
A group put a new roof on a former school that is now
used as a church, installed new showers, and built bunk
beds.
Several hundred salvation decisions were reported from
church revivals and Vacation Bible Schools.
