PERSONAL WORD FROM
DR. HARRY FOWLER, FOUNDER
"2008
is our 17th year planning and
coordinating mission trips. What began as a dream has grown to
serving in many cities across the USA and in Canada. We
believe the time has come
to pass the leadership mantel to the younger generation. I
will continue to be involved on a day to day basis to train our
new leaders.
 MEET FRANK & SHARON DEES, OUR NEW DIRECTORS.
Frank has an MBA
from East Carolina University and is a Marine Corps veteran. Sharon
earned a communications degree from UNC-Chapel
Hill. Both love the Lord and are committed to missions.

THE DEES: We are excited about joining Youth on Mission as new
directors. We believe the Lord has led us to YOM and look forward to many
years of service. We pledge to you the same care and attention to detail
that YOM has been known for over the years.

DR. HARRY FOWLER,
founder of Youth On Mission, has been a SBC minister for 40+
years. He earned a BS from East Carolina University, a Master of
Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Seminary, and a Doctor of
Ministry from Fuller Seminary.
Since YOUTH ON MISSION
was founded in 1992, over 50,000 youth and adults from 38 states
and several denominations have participated. In the past five
years, 5,000 professions of faith have been reported.
YOM DOCTRINAL
STATEMENT:
Evangelical in doctrine, we
believe that salvation is by faith, and Jesus is the Son of God.
We believe in the virgin birth, resurrection, and the second
coming of Christ. All Christians are called to minister.
We invite all evangelical churches to participate with us.
YOM MISSION
STATEMENT:
Youth on Mission seeks to
mobilize youth and adults in hands on mission involvement in a
variety of settings, resulting in life-style evangelism and
spiritual growth.
